Empowering Podcasts + My Favorites

Hello lovely people!

I hope you all are having a fabulous week so far and are ready for a fun-filled weekend. Between working and packing last week, I totally spaced about writing a blog and I feel awful for screwing up my schedule again. I have been working around the clock creating new ideas and plans I have for this blog and I am super pumped to share everything I have been working on! Last month I was struggling a lot with motivation and feeling any empowerment now that we are in the middle of May, I have been making more of an effort to try and focus on being the badass woman I know I can be! Part of what has been helping with this has been my morning podcasts. I have grown to have an infinite love for listening to podcasts recorded by empowered women, here are some of my favorite empowering podcasts to add to your daily routine!

Girls Gotta Eat

If you have a love for female comedians with a knack for raunchy humor then this is the podcast for you! Rayna Greenberg & Ashley Hesseltine are absolutely hilarious and say exactly what you are thinking when it comes to topics about men, dating and how to become the badass female you are. I have 100% fallen in love with this podcast and I believe you will too after your first listen!

Thick & Thin

Katy Bellote has always been my favorite motivator when it comes to being a classy working girl. Her podcast discusses topics about a millennial girl living in New York tackling topics of love, life and all the thick and thin in between! Ever since I turned 20 I have been listening to her podcasts and every time I seem to be struggling with something she shares a podcast that helps me figure out a solution. I 100% recommend this podcast to anyone in their 20’s who needs a little advice from a girl going through the same life moments.

Rise Podcast

This podcast is the epitome of empowerment! Rachel Hollis tells you like it is and does not fluff any advice she gives out. She sits with real-life powerhouses and personal development leaders and has bold conversations about life and business. Her goal with her podcast is to provide listeners real-life experience from these powerhouses and have them implement their advice to their personal working life. I love this podcast and if you are looking for advice on how to succeed in life and business then this is the podcast for you!

The Goal Digger

Jenna Kutcher talks to listeners like we are best friends, which is such a refreshing change of pace for these podcasts. She is all for body positivity and empowering women which is very similar to what I like to promote on my own media platforms! Jenna shares all of her tactics on how she became a self-made influencer as well as talking to other boss females in the industry to help listeners succeed in their own life. I absolutely adore this podcast and I can’t wait to start implementing her tactics into my everyday life!

She Thrives

I just recently started listening to this podcast, which was a big influence on kicking my butt into gear with working out again. If you struggle with body image, insecurities or wellness (like myself) then you need to listen to Taylor Gage’s podcast ASAP. Her discussions on her podcast have helped motivate me to change my routine and make a better healthier lifestyle for myself!

I hope you all have an amazing rest of your week and I urge you to start listening to all of these amazing female empowering podcasts. What are some of your favorite podcasts you listen to feel empowered? I’ll talk to you all again soon!

Sending Positive Vibes,
